This was our parental home🏡 that dad built for us in 1970. It was ours till October 2021!
The memories made in here are countless!
We still miss this home!
Our home exchanged hands, dad left for his Heavenly Abode & we are thankful for memories made & for mom who is still here and for relationships we still have!

MOM AND DAD’S HOUSE

‿☆ 💗 You don’t need an invitation.
You don’t have to call ahead.
It doesn’t matter how you’re dressed or what mood you’re in.
‿☆ 💗 That house is always there.
With a door ready to open,
with that scent that takes you right back to childhood,
and with two sets of eyes searching for you the moment they hear the key turn.
‿☆ 💗 It’s the only place you walk into as if you never left.
Where a plate is already waiting for you, even if you didn’t ask, and if you don’t eat, you get lovingly scolded.
Where your silence matters and your words are a gift.
‿☆ 💗 It’s the place where time seems to stand still,
where Mom still looks at you with eyes full of tenderness,
and Dad pretends to be indifferent, but you can see the sparkle in his eyes.
‿☆ 💗 And one day, without warning, that house won’t be there anymore.
😭(Nor will they)
😢 Not because it was sold, but because the people who made it home won’t be there to open the door anymore.
‿☆ 💗 So if you still can…
go. Hug. Listen. Eat dinner. Laugh.
‿☆ 💗 Because Mom and Dad’s house isn’t forever.
‿☆ 💗 I don’t have it anymore…
and there are days I’d give anything just to open that door again
and find them there, waiting for me…
as if time had never passed.
‿☆ 💗 If you’re still lucky enough to have it,
don’t take it for granted.

Sow God's Words in the hearts of children!

Children are quick to learn. The things they hear being taught as a child remain in their heart.
Sowing seeds from the Word of God when young will yield good fruits!
Even if they go astray the Holy Spirit brings it to their remembrance and prodigals will return!

★Proverbs 1: 8 Listen, my son, to your father's instruction
and do not forsake your mother's teaching. 9 They will be a garland to grace your head
and a chain to adorn your neck.
★ Deuteronomy 4:9
Only be careful, and watch yourselves closely so that you do not forget the things your eyes have seen or let them slip from your heart as long as you live. Teach them to your children and to their children after them.
★ Deuteronomy 11:19
Teach them to your children, talking about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up —
Children are precious, need to handle them with care!

Jasmines are widely cultivated for the characteristic fragrance of their flowers.
The village of Shubra Beloula in Egypt grows most of the jasmine used by the global perfume industry!
Carry God's fragrance as you walk through this day!

Let go of Offense

🌷 In life will come across people who will offend us knowingly or unknowingly.
🌷 We too end up offending others.
And there are people who will react negatively to the offense caused.
But is it right to hold onto offense?
Best is forgive, forget, let go of all negative feelings and move on.
Apostle Paul writes in
❣️ Acts 24:16 "This being so, I myself always strive to have a conscience without offense toward God and men." ❣️
Life is short and eternity isn't!
As Paul writes let us strive to have a conscience without offense toward God and men.
🌷People who truly care will stand by us through thick and thin, will cry with us in times of pain and rejoice with us in times of joy!
🌷 Let us let go of all offense and move on in life.
There is so much in life to do let not offense hold us back or slow us down.
