.....there was a time when .i was little that we didn't have plumbing or electric.....when we first moved to the river.......a few years.......and those were the happiest days of my childhood.....we needed each other...........yep..killer pic.....and words as well....

ReplyDelete.....that wasn't too far from where we were.......we were just searching....for lack of a better reason.....stayed in tents for 6 weeks....was soooo broke.....then .i found work and went from there.....bought a little camper...18 foot.....had some very good times.....we were across the river from glacier park......very beautiful.........i thinned for the forest service......later .i worked for montana rockworks......it sure is a small world.......good morning to ya......

ReplyDelete....we LIVE in arkansas....all born here too......next door neighbors to texas.....Ron LIVEs in texas too...Blueshadows.....i don't know if ya know him or not, but he is on here.....extremely good dude.........where we were, there always un troops....their rigs are a different color and say un on them.....i was like "what?".when we first saw them, right after we moved there.......but locals were used to it.....and we got used to it....they set up camp at what is known as the home ranch one time.....and did training up there...i was friends with the proprietor.....and when they left, they gave him a plack that thanked him for the use of the land.......they just camped there though...they did all their "training" up the northfork....later it was printed in the paper that they had descerned from their excercises that the north part of the flathead valley was the safest place in the us for germ warfare or nuclear fallout...(big eyes)......anyways....rambling....howdy from arkansas..
