When you thought I wasn't looking,

I saw you hang my first painting on the refrigerator,

and I wanted to paint another one.

When you thought I wasn't looking, 

I saw you feed a stray cat,

and I thought it was good to be kind to animals.

When you thought I wasn't looking,

I saw you make my favorite cake for me,

and I knew that little things are special thing

When you thought I wasn't looking,

I heard you say a prayer,

and I believed that there was a God to talk to.

When you thought I wasn't looking,

I felt you kiss me goodnight,

and I felt loved.

When you thought I wasn't looking, 

I saw tears come from your eyes,

and I learned that sometimes things hurt,

but it's alright to cry.

When you thought I wasn't looking,

I saw that you cared,

and I wanted to be everything that I could be.

When you thought I wasn't looking I saw you make a meal and take it to a friend who was sick, and I

learned that we all have to help take care of each other.

When you thought I wasn't looking, I saw you give of your time and money to help people who had nothing, and I learned that those who have something should give to those who don't.

When you thought I wasn't looking I saw you take care of our house and everyone in it, and I learned we have to take care of what we are given.

When you thought I wasn't looking I saw how you

handled your responsibilities, even when you didn't feel good, and I learned that I would have to be responsible when I grow up!

When you thought I wasn't looking,

I looked....

and I wanted to say,  "Thanks for all the things 

I saw when you thought I wasn't looking."

You are precious in God's eyes!

💦 If you are the Lord's Redeemed, it doesn't really matter what people think or say about you. They may be quick to judge from what they see and hear.

💦 But what really matters is what God thinks about you because He is the only One who can see your heart and knows even your innermost thoughts!

💦 It does not really matter in people reject you, God will accept you the way you when you come to Him and He will mould you into a beautiful vessel and make you the apple of His eye and call you a man/woman after His own heart.

💦 In your spiritual walk you sure don't need people who will throw your past on your face but a God who has forgiven your past and remember them no more and reminds of your Glorious future with Him in Heaven.

💦You do not need to feel discouraged listening to the accusations of the devil. He is a 'master deceiver', 'father of all lies' and 'the accuser of the brethren.'

God is still working on each of us so that the day we see Him, we will be like Him!

🌺 1 John 3:2 "Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is."

Be encourage reading God's Word and you are Yeshua's beloved!

Show them you care...

Sometimes vital and important relationships take a back seat because of our career, ministry, or other activities that keep us busy!
We sometimes take people in our lives for granted.

Some of our elderly, grand-dads, grand-moms, even elderly parents are forgotten lying all alone just longing to hear few words of love.

When we remember people we had forgotten or those we left behind and turn back to say how much they mean to us, they may be gone never to return and you may never be able to see them again. 

So before it's too late we need to tell our loved ones how much we love and care for them.

Let us treasure every vital and important relationships in our lives.

I just want to share with you a something I read that has blessed me so...much.

Just some encouragement for WOMEN in here...

I don't know who wrote it...but it's the words that matters...

YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

When you look at today's world, it's hard not to feel as though it is a 'lost cause'. After all, you are only one woman, what difference can you possibly make. You can pray, of course, and ask God to change the world we live in. But I believe He looks to His hands here on earth to show that God does make a difference.

Your hands and my hands are God's hands. To many we are the only Bible they will ever read. If we are to be like Jesus, we can't be like everyone else. People must be able to see a difference in us. If they see 'God' in us, and in our actions, then they're going to want God in their lives.

I spent a lot of time feeling frustrated and helpless. This wasn't the world I grew up in. It wasn't the world I wanted. It got so bad that I didn't even want to listen to the news or even read the newspaper. The overwhelming feeling of helplessness was just too much. So, selfishly, I began to look for ways in which I could make a difference . . . even the smallest difference. And what a difference it made in my life!

Use your talent, whatever it might be, to touch another life. If you sew, make a rag doll for a homeless shelter.

If you cook, stir up a batch of your great cookies for an alzheimer's facility.

The list of things you can do is unlimited. Each one touches a life in ways you can never imagine. And while you are using your talents, your own spirits will soar and you'll feel Jesus in your heart.

Make 1 phone call to someone who needs to hear from you. Let them know you are thinking about them.

I adore greeting cards. I never leave the store with less than 5 or 6, buying them with no particular person or occasion in mind. Then I have them on hand to send(snail mail) with a handwritten note to someone needing a 'lift' or a 'touch'. (You can even remain a 'secret pal'.) Think how you felt the last time you received an unexpected card.

Tell a Bible story to a child.

Make a phone call to your local politician, let them know what you support and that 'you' do care what they are doing. Christians don't have to be silent. Speak up! You see, you aren't helpless.

Still feeling like there's nothing you can do? 

Do you realize that if each of us only did a couple of things a week for others how many lives we would touch for Jesus!

I personally want to give you my heartfelt "Thank you!".

Spread the word that we are loved unconditionally by a Father who is never too busy to talk with us, walk with us and hold us up. 

And we are His hands.

Each of us can make a difference...

Just because we can't preach or teach like great preachers and write like those great authors of best sellers, let us not think we are useless to God.

Just because we can't stand in the midst of the congregation and pray let us not think God does not hear us. 

A whisper of prayer behind closed doors can make a ton of difference in someones life!

Sometimes we may wonder, "what difference can I make, I'm just too young or too old or a just a homemaker", but God has countless ways to use us if we yield our time and talents to Him.

Each of us can do something to make this world a better place!

Small acts can make great changes!

I just want to share with you a something I read that has blessed me soo much.

Life is not about winning it all and making no mistakes...

Life is not about winning it all and making no mistakes. 
We do win but also make mistakes, loose and fail at times.
Those who never make any mistakes have NEVER TRIED anything  NEW.
So when you make a mistake trying to learn something or do something new, don't worry and feel discouraged.
For you are just trying a new way for SUCCESS!
Remember...Failure is not the end of the road...
It's just a "STEPPING STONE for SUCCESS" as someone said.
And if Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior is with you, you'll make it some day....He sets the wrong right, turns failures into success, corrects us when we make a mistake and teaches us to do things His way!
So don't quit trying something new He will help you.
Try new avenues, job opportunities and let mistake not stop you from moving ahead.

Enjoy the roses outside your window

✿ Let's not fail to see a flower bloom just outside our window, listen to the birds sing and appreciate the beauty and blessings God sends our way daily. It is good to rest a while in between our busy life and be refreshed just resting or looking at God's creation or just sitting with God talking nothing.

Are we too busy?

The Bible says in 

Psalm 127:2, "In vain you rise early and stay up late, toiling for food to eat—for he grants sleep to[a] those he loves."

Sometimes we get so....busy doing the things of this world that we find we have no time for God, family and  even for ourselves!

God want's us to enjoy His presence, spend time with family and take time to rest; which helps to refresh our body and mind.

We seem to be just running around, doing things and get so caught up with our jobs and chores that we forget our priorities.... 

Satan too loves to keep us busy so that we don't do what pleases God, have no time

When satan keeps us engaged and we have no time for God and family, BUSY means...(as someone put it)

        ✿Under

          ✿Satan's

       ✿Yoke

So let's not get too busy doing things...

 Let us slow down to enjoy spending time with God, reading His Word, spend time with family and take time for ourselves too!

How many of us fail to eat our meals on time because we are too busy?

Our body is affected by our busy life style and we are faced with a lot of health issues.

It's time to stop and rest!

May God's presence refresh your body, mind and heart and make life worth living!

Deuteronomy 33:12 About Benjamin he said: "Let the beloved of the LORD rest secure in him, for he shields him all day long, and the one the LORD loves rests between his shoulders."

Stop and pause and be refreshed...

Hi...

Everyday we find there are so many jobs to do. No matter who we are, a professional, home maker, student  the chores seem endless.

But in midst of all the running around, we need to stop everything once in a while, sit back, deep breath and just do something to relax ourselves. Even if we are at work in office we can stop a while to feel refreshed. May be we can just sit or just stretch ourselves a bit, or sit back and sip a hot cup of coffee.

We can listen to some good music or just close your eyes a while. If you have a lovely view outside your window, sit by a while & look at the flowers, birds, enjoy the beauty around you, watch the kids laugh and play.

Doing too much and working for many hours without rest makes us feel physically and mentally stressed out, this causes physical ailments too!

Relaxing a bit sure helps to ease the work pressure and helps you get back to work with fresh energy.

Life is precious and so short, let's take time midst our busy schedule to relax a bit and be refreshed.

Do take time to enjoy God's gift of time, once in a while or you'll just miss the joy it brings.

Have a beautiful weekend.

It's better to give than receive...

Hi family and friends,

Praise the Lord!!

It is always better to give than to receive.

When we give people the best we have we bless them.

Let's today choose to give our time, love, talents and all that we can give to people around us.

Let's spend time with the lonely, share our blessings with those in need of it.

Let's love others with the love of Christ.

Let's love even people who treat us rude.

Christ.s love will help the lost to find Christ and change the hearts of the rebellious.

Let's 'give', 'give' and give'!!!

"BETTER TO GIVE THAN TO RECEIVE"

(Something to think about...) A young man, a student in one of our universities, was one day taking a walk with a professor, who was commonly called the student's friend, from his kindness to those who waited on his instructions.
As they went along, they saw lying in the path a pair of old shoes, which they supposed to belong to a poor man who was employed in a field close by, and who had nearly finished his day's work.

The student turned to the professor, saying: "Let us play the man a trick: we will hide his shoes, and conceal ourselves behind those bushes, and wait to see his perplexity when he cannot find them."

"My young friend," answered the professor, "we should never amuse ourselves at the expense of the poor. But you are rich, and may give yourself a much greater pleasure by means of this poor man. Put a coin in each shoe, and then we will hide ourselves and watch how this affects him."
The student did so and they both placed themselves behind the bushes close by. The poor man soon finished his work, and came across the field to the path where he had left his coat and shoes.

While putting on his coat he slipped his foot into one of his shoes, but feeling something hard, he stooped down to feel what it was, and found the coin. Astonishment and wonder were seen upon his countenance. He gazed upon the coin, turned it around, and looked at it again and again.
He then looked around him on all sides, but no person was to be seen. He now put the money into his pocket, and proceeded to put on the other shoe; but his surprise was doubled on finding the other coin.

His feelings overcame him; he fell upon his knees, looked up to heaven and uttered aloud a fervent thanksgiving in which he spoke of his wife, sick and helpless, and his children without bread, whom this timely bounty, from some unknown hand, would save from perishing.

The student stood there deeply affected, and his eyes filled with tears. "Now," said the professor, are you not much better pleased than if you had played your intended trick?"

The youth replied, "You have taught me a lesson which I will never forget. I feel now the truth of these words, which I never understood before: "It's more blessed to give than to receive."

What's In Your Sponge?

There are 5 sponges laying on your kitchen counter top. Each member of your family has been cleaning up different areas of your home, but all the sponges look the same. You are curious as to what was cleaned in your home, but you can't tell by looking...they all look the same....so what do you do?

You squeeze each sponge to see what comes out. As you squeeze the first sponge, you see that cola comes out, and so you decide that someone

cleaned the kitchen with that one.

 

Upon squeezing the second sponge, you find tub and tile cleaner - that one was used to clean the bathroom.
Next, in the third sponge, you find motor oil -- hubby was cleaning the garage! 

In the fourth sponge, baby powder puffs out when it is squeezed -- yep, the baby's nursery was done with that one!

And finally, in the last one, is floor wax -- that was the one you used on the hall floor!

As you lay the last one down, you look again at their similarity - and they all look the same until they're squeezed.
 
Christians are the same way. As life squeezes us, different things come out - anger from one, a need for revenge from another, tears from one, remorse from yet another - also greed, untruth, lust - and finally, from one saint, pours forth the love of Christ.
 
Just like the sponge, we can only squeeze out what is put in - stay in the Word daily, and be in continuous prayer, so that when life puts the squeeze on you (and it WILL), Jesus, and Jesus ALONE will shine forth from you!

Life sure is not always a bed of roses...

Hi..

 ☻✿☻Life sure is not always a bed of roses nor is it a continuous walk on thorns but a combination of both.

 Alphonse Kerr said,"Some people are always grumbling because roses have thorns. I am thankful that thorns have roses."

 Difficult times don't last for ever.

 .•。★Jeremiah 31:13 "Then young women will dance and be glad, young men and old as well. I will turn their mourning into gladness; I will give them comfort and joy instead of sorrow." 

 *¨`*•..¸✿Family is surely a school where God teaches us many things and develops the "Fruit of the Spirit" in us.

 ☻✿☻As mothers most of our lives is spent helping kids with home work, pressing on, believing, holding on in faith, praying, paying bills, making beds, fixing breakfast and lunch etc.

 Some moms manage the home and a job outside.

☻✿☻Bringing up kids is not all fun and marriage sure is not a life long date but it's truly rewarding and fulfilling!

 There are times of joy and times of tears. 

 There will be ups and downs.

 Times of lack and times of plenty.

 There will be times of endless talking and times of long silence.

☻✿☻But when we hold on together through the pushes and pulls of life the end is rewarding.

 It's a joy to see kids grow, it is satisfying to see relationship with kids and spouse be strengthened through years.

 *¨`*•..¸✿ Our spiritual walk too is not easy. God did not promise we will not face the enemy's attack but promised to see us through and said we are more than conquerors!

 Looking back we can thank God not just for good times but also for the storms and thorns because it's the tough times that has made us stronger and so it is worth it all. 

☻✿☻And God makes everything work for our best and binds us with cords of love that cannot be broken!

 .•。★Isaiah 35:1[ The Future Glory of Zion ] The wilderness and the wasteland shall be glad for them,And the desert shall rejoice and blossom as the rose; ..

 When God allows us to pass through testing times we should know we'll come out stronger and better.Let's learn to walk through the desert praising God. 

 Soon the dry deserts in our lives too will bloom.

 God permits these desert walk so that we learn to cope with pain, rejection, misunderstanding, loss, death etc

 Let's thank God for the good and bad times, for the roses and thorns, for times of plenty and times of want. Our Lord is faithful to see us through and bring us victorious!
