Marriage_1 man + 1 Woman

LET'S PRAY AND DO ALL WE CAN TO PRESERVE THE ONE MAN ONE WOMAN COVENANT RELATIONSHIP~"MARRIAGE"

Family Matters

FAMILY MATTERS
Dear Parents,
Adam and Eve lived in a home called the 'Garden of Eden'. God blessed them and said to them, *"Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it" (Genesis 1:28). Abba Father enjoyed a daily fellowship with Adam and Eve; He loved to walk and talk with them. God is the beginner of marriage, children, family and home. Children are a gift to us from God.

"Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb is a reward" (Psalm 127:3).
They need to be treasured. Quality family times together are important. Parent and children relationship is a very vital relationship, so need to do all we can to keep it going. We need to daily ask God to fill your hearts with His love so that you can see our kids the way Jesus sees them.
Satan is all out to destroy this beautiful institution God created called 'family'. It's sad to see kids turn away and walk in disobedience to their parents. The best protection our kids can have in these last days is to keep them bound by cords of love. We, as parents, need to spend more time with them.
Let's learn to see a child as a child, and handle them with care. Even when they are young, let's clearly differentiate between mischief and sin. Little kids are mischievous. But,'sin' must be explained, warned and punished for. The Bible says,

"Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." (Proverbs 22:6)            We also need to daily cover our children with prayers. Remember, they often don't understand the unseen forces that are coming against them. So, it's our responsibility to stand against those forces on their behalf. No matter what the circumstance, we are to raise them up in the fear and admonition of our Lord.

Dear Children,

Children, in turn, need to learn to love and respect their parents. The Bible warns that children will disobey their parents in the last days.
2 Timothy 3:2 says, "People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy..."
But still, God's word teaches children to "obey parents in the Lord".

Ephesians 6:1 says, "Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right".
Ask not what your parents can do for you but what you can do for them. Be helpful at home, run errands for them cheerfully and not out of compulsion. You can accompany mom to the bazaar, help dad to fix things at home. Look out for ways to make them happy. Remember their birthdays and anniversaries, give them cards or gifts—or a surprise party!
Don't expect to get all you want. Be prepared to accept a 'NO'. Look at the less fortunate kids around you and you'll be satisfied with what you have.

(That's what my mom always told me and my sisters.) Never do anything to betray their trust.
When your parents loose faith in you, you have lost a lot.
            We also read in

Leviticus 19:32, "Stand up in the presence of the aged, show respect for the elderly and revere your God. I am the LORD". Respect aged parents and care for them. You are their crowns in their old age, and take pride in them.
Children, know that old age is a second childhood and just as you take care of your children, the same attention and same care must to be given to your old parents and elders. Parents are not with you forever—give them your best time and care. Even after you get married, stay in touch with them and visit them regularly. If they are sick look after them, take them to the hospital.

Dear parents and children,

will you commit to renew your relationship with each other? If 'YES' then the Holy Spirit will help you draw close to each other and narrow the generation gap. Abba Father wants to restore this vital relationship. Malachi 4: 5 says, "See, I will send you the prophet Elijah before that great and dreadful day of the LORD comes. He will turn the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers; or else I will come and strike the land with a curse".
God bless,

Light of this world...

Hi family and friends..
Greetings from India.
Millions in our Nation and world all over are celebrating the "Festival of Lights".
Let's pray they will get to know the "Light of this world."

John 8:12 When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life."
This world needs to know this Light of life.

Let's come out of our comfort zone!
Let's not get too comfortable in one place that we don't want to take this light to other places...
The world needs to know and hear about JESUS CHRIST our Lord...if we don't be bold  and share who else will??
We have just this one life and how many years have gone by.....
~~How many souls we led to our Lord?
~~How many more friends, loved ones, neighbours still need to know our Savior?
~~How many lifes have we been a blessing to?
~~To how many have we shared our faith and testimony to?
Let's keep doing something for JESUS and for the people in our life, to those around us, for those in the BODY OF CHRIST and more for those who still don't know JESUS!!!

Philippians 2:15 (New International Version)
15so that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which you shine like stars in the universe.
~~We need God's help to be all that He wants us to be.
We need His guidance to do what He calls us to do..
~~Pray the Lord will use each of us for HIS glory in the coming days.
"USE US LORD"
My Dear Heavenly Father....
What do you want me to do?
Where do you want me to go?
This one short life I lay at your feet...
Mould me and make me...
Help me to be the light you've called me to be.
Help me to wipe a tear, kindle a smile, share your love'
Love you Lord,
In Jesus Name,
AMEN
RISE UP and TAKE AN UNCOMPROMISING STAND FOR JESUS!!
Reach out to the lost and help the hurting.
life is short.
PRAY AT ALL TIMES FOR ALL THINGS!!

Julia

EYES

Hi..
"EYES"
God gave each of us a beautiful pair of eyes.....isn't it?
*We learn as kids in school..."We see with our eyes".
*Yes, it's because of these eyes we are able to see, read, enjoy the beauty around us!
*But....we don't just see with our eyes....
~~Our eyes often mirror our innermost feelings and thoughts too.
~~It also expresses or fear, anger and other negative feelings....
~~Eyes are an effective tool of communication too.
~~It also shows our interest or disinterest in the conversation...!
~~Eyes are so...precious to us.
~~Our eyes express love, concern, joy, compassion.
~~It also expresses our hurt and sadness...for when we are hurt or sad we do cry....
Tears flow from the eyes..
"Tears can be an expression of pain, fear, joy.
It can also mean a thank you note.
It can mean words unspoken.
But I'm happy to know every drop of my tear is treasured in the King's (My Lord JESUS CHRIST'S) Archive!!"

Psalm 56:8 You number my wanderings;
      Put my tears into Your bottle;
Are they not in Your book?
~Above all we need to guard our eyes, for Satan will try to distract us in our spiritual walk so....often by the things we see!
That's why God's Word says..
**Job 31:1 "I made a covenant with my eyes not to look lustfully at a girl."
**Psalm 101:3 "I will set before my eyes no vile thing. The deeds of faithless men I hate; they will not cling to me."
**Psalm 101:5 "Whoever slanders his neighbor in secret, him will I put to silence; whoever has haughty eyes and a proud heart, him will I not endure."
**Psalm 119:18 "Open my eyes that I may see wonderful things in your law.
**Psalm 119:148, "My eyes stay open through the watches of the night, that I may meditate on your promises."
**Psalm 141:8 "But my eyes are fixed on you, O Sovereign LORD; in you I take refuge—do not give me over to death"

Are we lukewarm or on fire ?

Our time may be running out....
If we are lukewarm in our spiritual life or have turned away from God or have back slid, it's time to turn to God, ask forgiveness and move ahead in our spiritual life...
Someone said.."For we can't see the stop-watch of God's patience and there's no bargaining for additional time"

Bless others....

Hi........
We serve a God who is constantly blessing us.
He says in..
Genesis 22:17 "I will surely bless you and make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as the sand on the seashore. "
Psalm 29: 11 "The LORD gives strength to his people;
the LORD blesses his people with peace."
We too need to bless not just the people who love us and do good to us but even those who curse us and those who persecute us.
Luke 6:28, "Bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you."
Romans 12:14 "Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse."
Instead of trying to take revenge let's see ways we can help them and pray with them and for them.
We can bless others by our words, deeds, prayers and giving them something they'll like or they need.
We can also bless people with a "smile", a 'hug" etc.
Above all we need to Bless our God. His Name is above every Name.
Psalm 16:7 I will bless the LORD who has given me counsel; My heart also instructs me in the night seasons.
Psalm 115:18 But we will bless the LORDFrom this time forth and forevermore. Praise the LORD!
God Bless you,
YSIC,
Julia
"BLESSED ARE THOSE"
Blessed are those who take the time
To listen to difficult speech,
For you help me to know that
if I persevere,
I can be understood.

Blessed are you who never bid me to hurry up or take my tasks from me
For my failures will be out weighted
By the times I surprise myself and you.
Blessed are you who asked for my help
For my greatest need is to be needed.
Blessed are you who understand that it is
difficult for me to put thoughts into words.
Blessed are you who with a smile encourage
me to try once more.
Blessed are you who never remind me that today
I asked the same question twice,
Blessed are you who respect me and love me
just as I am...
" Love one another deeply, from the heart."
