Declutter...

Declutter is to simplify or get rid of mess, disorder!
We all need to regularly declutter our homes. Sometimes our houses are piled up with so many things we hardly use, that we cannot find our valuables and things we need.

You feel you house is in a mess, disorganized and need to declutter?

You're not alone.

In a 2008 survey, two-thirds of all respondents said their homes were at least somewhat disorganized, and 70 percent said that being better organized would improve their lives. Almost everyone agreed they could save time, up to one hour a day, by improved home organization [source:

Let us periodically declutter our homes..

We can get rid of junk and give things(clothes/

utensils/ etc) we have in excess to someone in need!

ABUSE?

I'm not trying to define abuse here. Its been done too many times already and most girls are probably told a gazillion times over what it means.

But I do want to refine the definition of abuse.

Many often believe that a girl is abused when her virginity is stolen from her or when she has been taken advantage of sexually. True.

But let me stretch this a bit further. Not many are aware that emotional abuse rates higher than sexual abuse these days among young girls.

What things qualify for emotional abuse?

* If any man (young or old, friend or relative, handsome or not) leads you to believe that he loves you when HE REALLY DOESN'T, disassociate yourself with this person.

* If any a person you are in a relationship with always demands things of you, requires you to do stuff for them and if you are doing it willing in the name of LOVE, you're in for a big surprise............its NOT LOVE!

* If any person you are in a relationship with disregards your desires, wants, wishes and has an EGO that rules the relationship, my friend, you're being abused!!!

* VERY IMPORTANT: If any person makes you believe that he loves you and leads you to sexual talk and activity very often, its time to get alert and call it quits.

* If a person that you respect, look up to or admire and love in a clean way (relatives, leaders, employers, professors) starts talking personal and intimate stuff.....its time to draw the lines and stop speaking to the person.

* If a person makes you think its your fault that he has sexually used you, that's emotional abuse of the worst degree!

I can go on with the list but the point is not to intimidate you but to make you aware.

Always remember, its never too late to talk to someone or to walk out of an emotionally abusive relationship.

False witness!

"A man who bears false witness against his neighbor is like a club, a sword, and a sharp arrow. Proverbs 25:18

How do we react to someone who bears false witness? "
I like what someone wrote:"If it is untrue, disregard it.
If it is unfair, do not allow it to get under your skin.
If it is misinformed, correct it.
If it is malicious, smile and be bigger than the critic.
If it is justified, learn from it."

Proverbs 16:24 "Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones."

Psalm 19:14 "Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable in Your sight, O LORD, my strength and my Redeemer."

Abba Father may our words bring healing to the wounded, hope to the hopeless, bind the broken, help to lead the lost and wandering souls to you. Let our words be seasoned with salt. Forgive us for reckless words, In Jesus Name Amen
God's Word says in...

Proverbs 12:18 says "Reckless words pierce like a sword..!"

Ecclesiastes 10:12 "Words from the mouth of the wise are gracious,....."

Colossians 4:6 "Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone."

Abba Father...
Help us not to form our opinion of people from what we hear from others, for it may not always be correct because they just may be repeating what they heard others say or it may just be their opinion.
Help us to look at others the way You see them.

Help our conversation to be full of grace, seasoned with salt.

Abba Your wounded sheep needs Your Oil to be healed not our judgmental tongue which acts as a sword to slay Your Children! Help us to see What You want us to see not what the enemy is making us to see! Abba show us the wounds of Your wounded sheep needs healing with Your Words of love not our words with the fire of the enemy!
