When you thought I wasn't looking,

I saw you hang my first painting on the refrigerator,

and I wanted to paint another one.

When you thought I wasn't looking, 

I saw you feed a stray cat,

and I thought it was good to be kind to animals.

When you thought I wasn't looking,

I saw you make my favorite cake for me,

and I knew that little things are special thing

When you thought I wasn't looking,

I heard you say a prayer,

and I believed that there was a God to talk to.

When you thought I wasn't looking,

I felt you kiss me goodnight,

and I felt loved.

When you thought I wasn't looking, 

I saw tears come from your eyes,

and I learned that sometimes things hurt,

but it's alright to cry.

When you thought I wasn't looking,

I saw that you cared,

and I wanted to be everything that I could be.

When you thought I wasn't looking I saw you make a meal and take it to a friend who was sick, and I

learned that we all have to help take care of each other.

When you thought I wasn't looking, I saw you give of your time and money to help people who had nothing, and I learned that those who have something should give to those who don't.

When you thought I wasn't looking I saw you take care of our house and everyone in it, and I learned we have to take care of what we are given.

When you thought I wasn't looking I saw how you

handled your responsibilities, even when you didn't feel good, and I learned that I would have to be responsible when I grow up!

When you thought I wasn't looking,

I looked....

and I wanted to say,  "Thanks for all the things 

I saw when you thought I wasn't looking."

Family gatherings in the past and present!

In the past young, the elderly and every family member in our lives were held in high esteem. Though there were no modern gadgets, they had lots of family times together. There was more face to face interactions. 

But the present has more nuclear families, modern gadgets and they are so busy that many families have no time to spend together in fellowship, prayer etc.

Adam and Eve lived in a home called the 'Garden of Eden'. God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it" (Genesis 1:28). Abba Father enjoyed a daily fellowship with Adam and Eve; He loved to walk and talk with them. God is the beginner of marriage, children, family and home and He is the Restorer of all things!

One little Rose

¸¸  '•. ¸.•' ⁀⋱‿•.Lack Of Communication can slowly ruin Relationships, yet people go without taking for days, months and even years.
♥️.🍃.*❅ What is the use of crying for the people in our life when they are no more, if today we don't find time to even share a conversation?
♥️.🍃.*❅What's the use of all the words of praise, when their breath goes still and they cannot hear, when we fail to even respond to messages?
♥️.🍃.*❅ It's today when our loved ones are with us we need to show them we care and love..

Read this poem years back.  Schneemilch-Cunha gives people their flowers while they live — literally. Affectionately known ‘The Rose Lady,’ Schneemilch-Cunha has been crocheting roses for 72 years, and she is not tired yet.

Train up a child...

  🎀 Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb is a reward" (Psalm 127:3).🎀

*˚✻.💕 Children are a gift to us, they need to be treasured. Quality family times together are important. Parent and children relationship is a very vital relationship, so need to do all we can to keep it going. We need to daily ask God to fill our hearts with His love so that we can see our kids the way Jesus sees them.

*˚✻.💕 Satan is all out to destroy this beautiful institution God created called 'family'. It's sad to see kids turn away and walk in disobedience to their parents. The best protection our kids can have in these last days is to keep them bound by cords of love. We, as parents, need to spend more time with them.

*˚✻.💕 Let's learn to see a child as a child, and handle them with care. 

*˚✻.💕 Even when they are young, let's clearly differentiate between mischief and sin. Little kids are mischievous, but 'sin' must be explained, warned and punished for. 

 Bible says, 🎀 "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." (Proverbs 22:6)🎀

*˚✻.💕 We also need to daily cover our children with prayers. Remember, they often don't understand the unseen forces that are coming against them. So, it's our responsibility to stand against those forces on their behalf! 

*˚✻.💕No matter what the circumstance, we are to raise them up in the fear and admonition of our Lord.

Do all things in love...

¸¸'•. ¸.•' ⁀⋱‿☆💗⁀⋱‿  

Each of us sure can do small things in great love! 

⭐️‿☆ So often we upset, are rude and hurt others unknowingly when we speak too quickly! 

I have done it too! Life teaches us the most valuable lessons! 

 ⭐️‿☆ Sometimes when we are busy and someone calls us, we tend to snap rudely. Doing so, we end up hurting kids, colleagues or a loved one. Instead, just pausing a second, taking a deep breath we can tell them kindly that we are busy with something, will call them back or will attend to them once done. 

⭐️‿☆ Sometimes when we are stressed, upset with someone else, we get angry with those close to us who has no idea why we burst out in anger. 

⭐️‿☆ May we be slow to speak. 

No wonder God's Word says in

✫🌸*✽* Proverbs 15 :1 "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger."✫🌸*✽*

⭐️‿☆Life is a fast runner, may we smile more, spread joy, be caring, forgive easily, judge less, love and not hate, pray more, encourage others, be quick to say sorry, value vital relationships, love God with all our hearts, serve Him faithfully! 

🦋.* May we be honest in our opinion. 

🦋.* May we never compromise in what we believe is truth! 

🦋.* Stand up for what is right! 

🦋.* Be gracious in our manner.

🦋.* Be humble in our tone.

🦋.* Be thankful for what we are and all that we have!

🌷 Just take your eyes off your situation..
🌷Look up there is a God who cares and loves you. He says He will never leave or forsake you. If you are His, you do not have to fear!
He says in,🍁Isaiah 41:10, "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."🍁
🌷 Look around, you will still find people who care...!
🍁Zephaniah 3:17, "The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing.”🍁
🌷 Rise up, thank God for this day, read, write, pray, encourage, listen to songs and messages that lifts up your soul,  be grateful, count your blessings. Your life God's gift, live it for Him!
🌷There are so many who feel forgotten, lonely!
🌷May we take time to reach out to some one who is lonely, who live in a home alone. We can atleast call and talk to them regularly.
🌷 And there are others who are lost in a crowd too.  Sometimes all they need is a listening ear, a few loving words, a whisper of prayer, words of encouragement or just our presence.
