Rebuke the Oppressor by Benjamin Nolot

Valuable thoughts to ponder on...

"Let us not be silent when we see oppression, injustice, abuse, corruption around us. Time to rise up, speak out and intercede against corruption, oppression and abuse."

"Rebuke the oppressor and his works of the oppressor in Jesus Name and stand with the oppressed one."~ Benjamin Nolot
"Allegiance to Jesus will only bring Justice on earth."~Benjamin Nolot
"Let us fight for Precious souls falling prey to molestors, oppressors."~ Benjamin Nolot
To pursue justice do not tolerate oppressors, molesters but stop them.~ Benjamin Nolot
"If we are silent and do not expose a one time perpetrator he becomes a serial perpetrator." ~Benjamin Nolot
(From his message "Rebuke the Oppressor")

Have you been misunderstood?

Read Matthew 26: 59-68
If anyone knows what it's like to be misunderstood, Jesus does. As we read here, these witnesses that came forth testified that Jesus said He could tear down the temple and build it up again in three days. Yes, Jesus did say that (in John 2:18-22), but He was referring to His own death and resurrection. The others misunderstood what He meant. They thought He was referring to the temple building where they worshiped. Many misunderstood who He was, and why He came.
So often in life, we too are misunderstood. It can be really frustrating, and even damage relationships if the misunderstanding gets passed around. I have found that when someone hears even just one negative thing about a person, it taints his or her entire view of that person, and often it is over a misunderstanding. I have also found that once a person’s view of someone else is tainted, everything they hear about the person (as in gossip), just adds to the all-round view they have of them.
Yet, what about truth?
Where does truth come into this?
We need to exercise discernment and sort out the 'lies’ from the ‘truth’, the misunderstanding from the ‘facts’.
★ If you are one that has been misunderstood, then take heart . Jesus understands how you feel.
Pray that the truth will be made known, and the explanation (either by you or someone else), will shed some light . You don't have to feel alone in this. God knows the truth and He knows your heart. Leave it with Him!
A truthful witness saves lives , but a deceitful witness speaks lies [and e
ndangers lives ].

When we have been misunderstood
Lord help us to convey
The truth so they will understand
What we have tried to say

May we be slow to judge and quick to pray!

It is sad how easily we form our opinion of people from what we hear from others before even trying to get to know that person and knowing what the truth really is. (I have done it :( some times too!)
What we hear may not always be correct because they just may be repeating what they heard or felt...
For our eyes and ears may deceive us.
It's said..in Proverbs 25:7b & 8a"....what you've seen with your eyes do not bring hastily to court....."
Proverbs 25:9b " ...do not betray another man's confidence..."
Even if it is true we need to pray for that person and see how we can help that person before we judge and gossip!

Lord help us to be people who are slow to judge and quick to pray and always ready to help lift the fallen and steady a faltering step!
In the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ our Lord,
Amen

Where would we have been?

When we were in the depth of sin, lost and darkness...
Someone somewhere or so many  sure were praying for you and me!
That helped our eyes being opened to the truth!
Where would we be if our sin(s) were constantly be thrown in our face over and over and over!
Where would we have been if we had only been accused but never prayed for...?
Where would we have been if were only condemned for our sin and never shown the right way?
Where would we be if people only pointed a finger at our faults and never picked us up when we fell.
Thank God for people who have prayed us through, guided us, ministered to us, corrected us, shown us the right way, picked us up when we fell...and encouraged us and never gave up on us!
May God bless each soul that helps us in our spiritual walk...
Encouragement, sure costs nothing to give,
But priceless to receive.
Our timely word can bring healing and comfort to people...
A whisper of prayer can make a ton of difference...!!!
Have a blessed weekend...

Moving on to higher grounds...

Let us not talk to discouragers, doubters when in a hard place or walking the difficult path, but look up to God, hold on to His word and communicate with people who will lift us up and pray with us, lift us up and help us move on.
Sometime we need to disconnect from people who will hold us back and move ahead to the higher place God has prepared for us.
Have a super blessed week!
